Find peace and quiet after an extensive hike, a wonderful day on and in the lake, after an excursion to the numerous towns and castles of Ludwig II or to the beautiful mountains of Bavaria.
End the day on the balcony with a view of the lake, the garden or with a glass of wine in winter inside your cozy apartment and enjoy the panoramic view of pure nature.

Lake house Carpe Diem
Only 50 meters apart from the lake. Our non-smoking apartment is located directly vis-à-vis to the Walchensee, on the first floor with a separate entrance. You can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from your own terrace or the lake view from our own lakeside terrace. There is also a swimming pool, a flat-screen TV with an exciting DVD collection as well as various games to keep you entertained whenever it rains. Free WLAN can be used in the apartment for your own mobile devices.
The apartment with its own entrance is designed like a terraced house. The lake is 50 meters away. The interior was completely renovated last spring and equipped with new bed linen, new dishes and new kitchen appliances. There is a separate bedroom including a double bed and large closet, a living room along with a sofa bed, a bathroom with window, a small integrated kitchen including a dishwasher and a cozy dining area. The floors are covered with real wood parquet and tiles.

Apartement Hide-Out
Our cozy, 60㎡ large apartment at Walchensee offers a sunny south-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. The high-quality, modern furnishings were completely renovated in 2020 and are ideal for couples or families with children (max. 6 people, including 2-3 adults). A heated pool and a sauna are available in the house. The sauna can be reserved for a small fee. The apartment is located directly on the shore with its own lake access and is a perfect starting point for water sports, hiking and cycling tours. The facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bunk bed and a TV with WLAN. A private garage parking space, bed linen, towels and a collection of games are included. In summer, the sunbathing lawn by the lake invites you to relax, while winter sports enthusiasts can quickly reach the ski areas in Garmisch and Seefeld. A small store with a café and homemade cakes is just a few steps away. Arrival is possible until 9 pm, departure until 10 am, with contactless access via a key box. Our apartment is prepared with great attention to detail so that you can enjoy a relaxing vacation.
