Apartment Partnacheck
Two-room apartment including a terrace and garden access. Completely renovated in 2021 and furnished in modern alpine style. The bedroom is set up with a box-spring bed, a spacious closet and a direct view of the ski jump. The living-dining room is furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large dining table and large corner sofa for relaxing. From here you can see the Alpspitze and the Gudiberg. The 102-inch TV has a Netflix button to quickly connect to your Netflix account. An armchair that can be pulled out for sleeping if required and offers a sleeping area of 90 cm x 190 cm is available. In front of the apartment is an approx. 10m² terrace with access to the garden. The bathroom with a shower has underfloor heating. There is a charging facility for e-bikes on the terrace using a normal socket.

Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment in the district of Garmisch.
The attic flat is located in a quiet residential area and offers you everything you need for a relaxing and restful vacation within a spacious room of 80 square meters. Two separate bedrooms for a relaxing family vacation or simply for that little bit of extra space. A very spacious living/dining room with every comfort and a cozy tiled stove for comfortable hours.
The fully equipped kitchen and the daylight bathroom round off the apartment.
You will find it in a sunny, very quiet and yet central location in the district of Garmisch, in a well-kept house with a garden, a simple 10 minutes’ walk from the village center – an ideal basis for all your activities.
Parking spaces are available at the apartment. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bus stops as well as cycling and hiking trails within walking distance, access to the Hausberg ski area by car in the immediate vicinity.
Enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountain panorama from two spacious balconies (one south/east with Zugspitze view and one north/west orientation).
