From the sunny, huge balcony belonging to the apartment, you have a wonderful view of the Karwendel and the mountains.
The picturesque town center of Mittenwald and the train station are just a 3-minute walk away, but there is also a parking space available.

Beautiful apartment for 2 people (45 m2). Here you will find everything your heart desires. The kitchen has a washing machine and dryer; a microwave is also available. Everything is fully equipped.
The apartment comes with a breathtaking mountain view. The panorama will captivate you.
An extra bed or a baby crib can be placed in the apartment on request.
Pets are welcome, however, a dog liability insurance must be presented for dogs.

Haus Reiter is run by a very nice couple. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. While located centrally, the property is still in a very quiet location. As everything is within walking distance in just a few minutes, no car is needed. If you do come by car, there is a free parking lot right in front of the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the panorama view while eating. The mountains are within reach. Mittenwald is always worth a visit, whether it is in summer or winter.

Apartment Karwendel Perle
You will find everything you need in this apartment. A fabulous terrace invites you to eat and relax. You live in a central yet quiet location. Everything is within walking distance.
There are a train and bus station, from which all buses depart, e.g. to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Linderhof Castle, Walchensee, Kochel am See, Ettal Monastery, the world-famous Passionstheater of Oberammergau. In Mittenwald itself, you can also travel by bus to the most beautiful places, such as Ferchensee and much more.
Your physical well-being is also taken care of. The many culinary restaurants will make your decision difficult at times.
Pets are also WELCOME in this apartment. However, a dog liability insurance should be available, which you can simply send us by whatsapp.
Mittenwald is always worth a visit, whether in summer or winter, especially in the dreamlike Karwendel.

Apartment Isarperle
Ferienwohnung Isarperle is a small, cozy gem for up to 3 people.
The apartment is being rented out as a vacation apartment for the first time and was completely renovated and refurnished from January to April 2024.
Our Isarperle is equipped with everything you need.
Our cozy apartment has a fantastic view of the gigantic Karwendel.
This panorama will enchant you. After a long hike, take a seat on the large balcony and end the day with a glass of wine and a view of the mountains.
There are also a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
In addition, there is also a cellar for bicycles or skis you brought or rented.
The Karwendelbahn is only 3 minutes away. The train station is approx. 15 minutes away on foot, as is the bus station. The famous violin making museum is located in the historic old town of Mittenwald.
Dogs (small breeds) are allowed for a fee. (Please ask). However, dog liability insurance must be presented which is valid beyond the end of the vacation. Your dog should not be left alone in the apartment under any circumstances.
There is a guest folder in the apartment in which you will find all the information you need, e.g. excursion destinations, bus timetables, restaurants and much more.

Our Alpenoase is a charming little basement apartment with everything your heart desires.
There is a living room/bedroom, hallway, bathroom and a 10 m² balcony.
Parking spaces are directly at the house.

Holiday Home - Häuschen Kunterbunt
This large vacation home in Mittenwald is perfectly equipped for a family vacation with children. Start the day with breakfast in your garden with gazebo and enjoy a relaxing break in the middle of nature. Cosiness is a top priority in the Kunterbunt cottage, underlined by the in-house fireplace, the large, inviting living area with comfortable seating and the spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower partition.
Bedroom: There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 will make children’s hearts beat faster. A bunk bed directly under the ceiling (cave)width 1.40m. There are also 2 large high-quality mattresses (without bed frame), each 1.60m wide on the floor. Additional guests can sleep here, whether children or adults.
The second bedroom has a large bed 1.80 m wide for 2 people.
No TV: Enjoy the peace and quiet and the opportunity to fully concentrate on nature and your fellow travelers. Enjoy the tranquility in winter in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine, and in summer in the garden with a magnificent mountain view.

Welcome to our charming apartment Bergmomente with 36㎡, ideal for up to 3 people. (4th person can be offered an extra bed.) The apartment has two small but cozy bedrooms that invite you to relax and feel good. The living room is lovingly and very beautifully furnished and offers a pleasant atmosphere to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare your favorite dishes.
A special highlight of this apartment is the balcony with breathtaking mountain view and views over Mittenwald. Here you can start the day with a cup of coffee or end the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the impressive view of the surrounding mountains.

This beautiful, small apartment was completely renovated in October 2024.
The spacious balcony, equipped with modern furniture, invites you to enjoy the sunset with a mountain view or to start the morning in a relaxing way. The Alpenzauber vacation apartment is the ideal base if you are looking for a mix of relaxation and activities. The surrounding leisure activities in the area leave nothing to be desired. There is a guest folder in the apartment with all the important information, as well as bus timetables and sights.
Towels and bed linen are of course included. There is a folding mattress for the 3rd person (therefore only suitable for children).
