General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Mittenwald Holiday Home Agency
§1 Scope
These GTC apply to all contracts for the brokerage and rental of holiday homes/houses by the Buchner Holiday Home Agency in Mittenwald.

§2 Booking and conclusion of contract
Bookings can be made in writing, by telephone or via our website. A binding rental contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking. By making a booking, the tenant accepts these GTC.

§3 Terms of payment
• A deposit of 20% of the rental price is payable within 10 days of confirmation of the booking.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.

• For short-term bookings, the total amount is payable immediately.

§4 Deposit
It is up to the holiday apartment agency to decide whether a deposit is required. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.

§5 Arrival and departure
• Arrival: from 4 p.m.

• Departure: by 10 a.m.

• The apartment must be left clean and tidy, including emptied rubbish bins and a cleared dishwasher.

§6 Stay
• The apartment may only be used by the persons specified in the booking.

• Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and must be registered.

• Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

§7 Cancellation by the tenant
– up to 45 days before arrival 20%
– up to 30 days before arrival 35%
– up to 14 days before arrival 50%
– up to 3 days before arrival 90%
After that, the general principle of 100% applies.

§8 Cancellation by the landlord
In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the landlord may withdraw from the contract. There is no entitlement to compensation.

§9 Liability
No liability is accepted for power, water or internet outages.

§10 Wi-Fi use
Use of the Wi-Fi is at your own risk. Illegal activities are prohibited.

§11 Data protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for contract processing and will not be passed on to third parties.

§12 Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Garmisch-Partenkirchen. German law applies.
